Thank you for shopping with Noir. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.
United Kingdom
We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over £40; £3.99 on orders under £40.
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £5.99 on all orders.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Please order before 3pm for Orders to be shipped within the 1-2 Business days timeframe. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
European Union
We ship to all EU member states. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): £13.99 on all orders.
As a UK-based business, orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Rest of the World
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide:
- Standard International Shipping (10–21 business days): £14.99 on all orders.
- Express International Shipping (5–10 business days): £22.99 on all orders.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees determined by your local customs authority. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delays & Issues
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
